Sommarnöjen aims to make it easier for busy city dwellers to own a beautiful country house. Help with building permits, excellent Scandinavian architecture, natural material interiors, personal service, fixed pricing, and guarantees – all from one company with a single point of contact. We also want more people to have the opportunity to realize their dream home. To keep prices, construction time, transportation, and other environmental impacts low, Summer Retreats houses are built differently. The houses are completed in our factory with all interior fittings in place. They are then lifted into position at the customer’s plot – whether on the plains of Skåne, archipelago islands, leafy lakesides, or mountain landscapes.

When building a house with quality materials, you want those materials to be visible. Pine tar paint enhances and protects the material, ensuring it lasts long without the need for repainting. The pine tar paint also fits perfectly in the Scandinavian environments where we build our houses.
