The dream of a black tarred house

The dream house of 235 sqm was built in 2017 in a villa area in scenic Mölndal south of Gothenburg with proximity to both the city and swimming. The family was looking for a natural product that could meet their expectations and the choice fell on Svarttjära. It was important that the choice they made would match the material choices and colors that already existed in the area.

In addition to the house, its roof is painted with Black Tar, as well as an orangery and greenhouse that are also on the plot. The pergola and fence have also been given the same color.

They go on to say that quality and the fact that pine tar is a natural wood preservative were important factors in the choice of color and they conclude by saying that they feel fantastically happy with their choice!
