Sleeper oil
Sleeper oil is a black stain based on asphalt and Genuine Wood Tar, which gives it a characteristic scent that diminishes over time. Sleeper oil provides effective protection against the elements and can be used on all types of wood, such as sleepers, fences, posts, etc.
Sleeper oil is applied by brushing the product on generously so that the oil can penetrate the wood. For best results, apply 2 coats to untreated timber and dried-out sleepers.
